Abundance – week 17

Dear Friend,

I can understand your stress over these past weeks and can also imagine how overwhelmed you must be feeling after cultivating good habits last week. This week relax yourself and your body because all we explore this time is right breathing to energize any time.

Boost your energy any time of the day, without coffee, tea or energy drinks through Pranic Breathing, a set of simple rhythmic breathing patterns, similar to “pranayama” taught in many types of yoga, that enable you to draw in and distribute energy throughout your physical body.  In just a few days, you’ll master the patterns and be able to tap into a nearly inexhaustible source of energy for physical health and vitality.

Below are simple instructions for Pranic Breathing.

  • Gently place your tongue on the roof of your mouth. This helps circulate energy throughout the body.
  • Inhale through your nose for six counts.
  • Hold your breath for three counts.
  • Exhale through your nose for six counts.
  • Hold your breath for three counts.
  • This 6-3-6-3 breathing completes one cycle.

You can do pranic breathing during meditation, on a walk, or at work to clear your mind! Whenever you are feeling low in energy, practice pranic breathing to feel refreshed.

Being a pranic healer myself I can vouch for its benefits. It not only works on the body, mind and emotions but connects you with your higher soul, your atman. Once you concentrate on your inhales and exhales it automatically calms you down bringing your divided attention to only one your breath, your prana, your life force. It connects you with the universal power house from where you can download as much energy you want and re energize yourself. Its like taking a physic bath each day.

Once you master this and super brain yoga taught in the previous weeks, you will become master of your own mind. you will learn to connect with your higher self and attain enlightenment and peace.
