Dear Friend, this is our last week on self acceptance. After building self worth, understanding mental health and its parameters and accepting the fact that imperfection is an inevitable by product to success ,its time to accept your body the way it is without hesitation.
Your body is your temple, it is your pilgrimage and you must pay homage to it respectfully and gracefully with devotion and surrender. The more you are in tune with your body, mind and emotion the more you can connect with your soul.
You are what you think. your world outside depends not on anyone else but yourself. Your world outside is equal to your world within. If you want to be appreciated by others , the first thing you need to do is stop self criticism and indulge in self appreciation. Love your body, embrace it , say good words to it for it is, and will always be there for you. Befriend yourself first.
Comparison is the biggest obstacle to self love. And believe me its all in your mind. Stop negative thinking and fill your mind with constructive and positive thoughts about everything. Disengage yourself from negative emotions and set yourself free from psychic attacks.
Self love is an essential element for living a positively present life, and self respect is a vital aspect of self love. The more you respect yourself, the more you are able to love yourself.
Pamper yourself and your body. Take good care of it. stay well groomed and healthy. This not only make you look good but also builds on self confidence. Notice how you feel after your visit to the parlour, how your mood lifts up when you go shopping and try out new dresses.
The central idea is to love yourself, Build a strong fulfilling relation with self and do things that make you happy. Next week we shall build upon self esteem and understand its imperative role in our lives.
