Hello friends, welcome to week 5. First things first, congratulations and thank you for sticking with me for a month on our path towards Abundance. After a refreshing and indulging week 4, I am sure you are equally excited as I unveil week 5. Without further adieu, this week is all about FORGIVENESS.
What is forgiveness? Why is it important?
Forgiveness is a two way approach, it blesses both the forgiver and the forgiven. Let’s do an experiment. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take 5 deep and slow breaths. Now think of someone who has hurt you in any form. Visualize that person in front of you. Now fold your hands and mentally say, I forgive you I forgive you, I forgive you. Do not hold any grudge against that person and bless him/her with happiness.
How does this make you feel? Light? Happy? Relaxed? this the magic for Forgiveness. Forgiveness is an art and can be best explained in the following 3 steps.
Now that you have forgiven the other, you need to seek forgiveness too from the ones you have hurt. and this is how you do it.
Now comes the most challenging part, Forgiving yourself. Now you may ask, WHY? I have done no harm to me? But, consciously or unconsciously you have caused yourself tremendous harm. Remember each time you refused food and starved your body just because you were angry. Remember each time you cursed yourself of low self esteem and unworthiness. These are all examples of being harsh on self and hence it becomes prime to seek forgiveness from yourself.

How does this make you feel? Write about your experience in your journal and make a mental note. Notice how it had added a bounce to your feet and how happy you feel today.
