I am sure you have enjoyed filling your happiness jar as much as I did in week 2. Now lets explore week 3. Continuing the self love series, this week you learn to cultivate mindful habits. Mindfulness is living in the present and here I present 7 ways in which you can practice this each day in this week.

To begin with lets start with an everyday ritual, you do this today.

Next is to learn how to eat in full awareness and with all your senses.


Its Wednesday and today is the day when you spend sometime outside. Take a mindful walk and connect with your mind , body and thoughts.

Are you a multitasker? If your answer is yes, stop it now .

Friday calls for feelings check. Time to reflect on how you feel.

Saturday is a fun day. Now that you are relaxed lets get your hands dirty.

Yay! its a sunday, Time for a workout to get fit and active.

Mindfulness is so valuable! I sometimes have to stop and remind myself to stay focused in a single thing. I always feel such a sense of relief when I’m able to do that. 🙂 Thanks for posting about mindfulness and mindful habits.
