Good evening India and namaste to people joining me from all around the world, it’s a new day marking the beginning of a new week. Let’s make it count.
This week you focus on knowing yourself a lot more than what you know focusing on self love.
As you can see, I used these 5 ways to cultivate self love in myself. Unless your cup is full you cannot give others. Hence self love is prime. Now lets talk about point number 1, How to tune into your body which is what this week comprises of. Below are the 3 ways that helped me know my body and be comfortable in it.
After mastering the art of listening to my body, I moved on to observing my body with the help of body scan .
Next was to practice yoga to align with by body mentally, physically and spiritually. Pranayama (breathing exercise) and asanas (posture) helped me gain control over these.
Once I completed these practices I did make note in my journal before I ventured into week two. I agree I did not practice these all 7 days of the week but did follow them on alternate days to build a habit and understanding. enough talking let get into action now.
