Water colour layer technique, flowers by me

कभी नीम कभी शहद,
कभी नरम कभी स्कत,
कभी मुस्कुराती कभी गुर्राती,
कभी शर्माती कभी सकुचाती,
कभी निडर कभी काँपती,
कभी चिल्लाती कभी समझाती ।

{ sometimes I am bitter like neem sometimes sweet like honey. I may be soft or hard, smiling or angry, shy or hesitate to say , un afraid or scared to hell, yelling or nurturing }

ऐसी है शख़्सियत अपनी,
परत पर परत ज़िंदगी ढलती अपनी,
कभी इन्हें हटा कर देखो,
फ़ुरसत में तुम मुझसे पूछो ,
कैसी हो तुम? क्या चाहतीं हो ?
क्यू इतना कुछ दबाए बैठी हो ?

{ this is how I am, living in multiple layers. Why don’t you sit with me and ask me, how I am? What do I want? Why have you hidden so many things inside you ?}

सोचो तो हर कोई घिरा हुआ है,
ज़िम्मेदारियों की परतों में ।
आपने रंग तो कब जानोगे ?
कब टक आँखमिचोली खेलोगे ?
कोई इनमे फँस जाता है
कोई उभर कर निखार आता है।

{ everyone is surrounded by layers or responsibilities. When will you find your true colour? Until when will you shy away from it? Either you will remain entrapped in this or you will shine bright amidst these layers.}

हृदय के मर्म को तुम स्पर्श कर लो,
जीवन में अपने नए रंग भर दो।

{ dive deep into your heart and touch your soul and fill your life with colours so new.}

“You have so many layers, that you can peel away a few; leaving everyone shocked or impressed that you’re baring your soul, while to you, it’s nothing; because you know you’ve only begun.”
