Crying often understood as a sign of weakness can also be your strength. Crying helps to get the load off your chest and unburdens as well.
Venting out gives my heart a chance to recoup and bring myself together from bad shape.

Yes, also the science supports it, if we don’t cry when moved to do so, the suppression works to retain hormones that need to be expelled, causing complications for the body.

Yes absolutely, just as happiness is visible in emotions and easily expressed , sadness needs equal justice.
I make sure I expressed my feelings both good and bad with my kids, so that they don’t take crying otherwise.
