We often write letters or emails or SMS to others , right ! How about writing yourself a love letter . Think good about yourself and say words of sweetness and kindness to yourself appreciating and embracing yourself .
Close your eyes for 3 minutes and meditate . Clear your mind and start writing yourself words you have never uttered to self.
Empty yourself , love yourself .
