Happiness Jar

Down with a throat pain, I feel so suffocated. Unable to swallow, not just food but emotions too.

When life becomes a play of dumbsharads and talking painful. I feel gutted and it’s been close to 24 hours only, imagine people who have suppressed emotions and underlying storied dumped and dusted from ages. I can’t even imagine their plight.

Speak up , speak your mind often because who knows as Sidney Sheldon once said “If tomorrow comes”.

Everyday leaves us with one reason to smile atleast. In my attempt to count on those, this year I have resolved to create my own happiness jar. For I truly believe in “Being my own happiness”

This has its own benefits

1) it makes me aware of even the tiniest of things/ happenings around me.

2) it makes me think .

3) it makes me grateful and inculcates gratitude in me.

4) and above all , it makes me happy .

Now you may ask , Nidhi what are the rules ? Can I put pictures ? Write songs? Or bundle up travel memories or allow someone else to add to my jar etc etc .. well honestly there are no rules , just like you rule you own happiness you rule your own jar too. Put in whatever you like , whatever brings you peace and happiness should fully jar. And once it is full , you can replace it with another or empty out the contents monthly so that’s it’s never too full.

Now comes the jar , hey it need not be a fancy one , it could be an old tissue box or a kitchen vessel or your mom’s Jewellery box or any other box which can hold light items. There are various printables a available on the Internet , print some and make your own happiness jar in no time .

Whatever you do do it with a positive mindset and voila, your jar will do the rest for you. Don’t forget to share your happiness jar photos and stories with me, for each of us inspire and motivate each other in our simple ways, we only need a mind to realise it.

Now that you are reading it , leave one Happy word for me and help me recover super quick ! Mind you , I am counting on you 🙂

happiness and sunshine 🙂
